Program Enrollment & Payment: $150 deposit required; balance due by Week 8.

 

Deposits non-refundable but may be transferred at our discretion.

 

Services: Educational and counseling training for ministry. Certification does not replace

state licensure.

 

Cancellation/Refunds: No refunds after Week 2. Deposits are non-refundable.

 

Intellectual Property: All course materials copyrighted; no reproduction without

permission.

 

Disclaimer: Training provided with professionalism but no guaranteed outcomes;

counseling relationship only when explicitly contracted.

 

Limitation of Liability: Not liable for incidental or consequential damages.

 

Governing Law: Governed by New York State law (or applicable state).
